    Volunteers are a key resource for implementation of the Better Connections Program. They create a connection between workers and program partners, delivering training sessions to workers and helping in problem solving.

    Become a member of a club and help us refurbish donated computers, in the same time learn about computer hardware and software

Refurbishing Computers

Through our Green Computer Clubs we will refurbish 15,000 computers donated by various government and private organizations. Microsoft will provide software licenses for Windows and Office for all

Setting-up ICT facilities

Employers participating in the program will set-up 1,500 ICT facilities, each consisting of minimum 10 PCs connected to the internet. Ooredoo provides connectivity in all our ICT facilities.

Training migrant workers

Through our pool of committed volunteers program will provide opportunities to access internet and receive digital inclusion training to approximately 1.5 mln workers in the country. 

The better connections program

 

The better connections program comes within the framework of the Ministry's strategy for digital inclusivenes, which aims to promote digital literacy among the citizens and residents of Qatar.
